AUTHORS

This is a exclusive friends custom group journal where only the people who have the password can post and only those allowed to can read. Please remember to always post your ideas, thoughts, random updates, notes to Charlotte or Shanti ALL made as "AUTHORS ONLY" while you're updating. That way NO ONE can read what goes on behind-the-scenes but us. The custom friends group AUTHORS ONLY that's made has all the authors' hwl journals and some of the "rl" journals on it. If you are an author and want one of your journals that isn't there to be on it lemmie know. I will put it on there and that way you'll be able to read witchweekly_hwl's updates on any of your friends pages.

HOW IT WORKS

- We're all authors who have posting and reading access to this journal.
- Write in it all your ideas, progress, graphics for the magazine, etc.
- Ask questions in it too, all entries are labeled AUTHORS ONLY execpt the final magazine issues.
- Charlotte is the inventor of the comunity and Shanti is the copy editor.
- Every Wednesday Shanti will post the final Witch Weekly as a public entry so that all the HWL people with

witchweekly_hwl on their friends list will see it.
- After a magazine is published, Shanti will post the new due date for articles (underlined) and publication date of the next magazine (bold) for authors only. GOOD LUCK!!!!

MAKING THE MAGAZINE

- You can post written articles from the time the weekly edition is POSTED (Wednesday morning) until the next SUNDAY AFTERNOON at 12 (that's 12 PSTime, in Belgium/Itlay (for us) it's 9PM).
- When you've completed your article(s) (you may write more than one if you so desire), post it with the subject line "FINISHED" or something indicating that you're done.
- Sunday at 12 PM PST is the deadline for all articles for that week of Witch Weelky Magazine.
- Sunday evening/Monday morning (in USA... Monday for Charlotte (and Shanti right now)) Char will compile all the articles/interviews/photos she wants in the magazine and then tell Shanti.
- Shanti will edit and code the magazine into form on Monday night and Tuesday. The magazine will be released on Tuesday night to all the authors and on Wednesday morning made public for the HWL readers.
